Abstract
This course provides a comprehensive knowledge of the latest advancements in topological modelling of metamaterials as well
as in numerical, theoretical and experimental approaches for investigating their mechanical properties. At the end of the course,
the student will be able to efficiently represent the 3D geometry of the mematerials, to evaluate the expected geometry and
mechanical behavior and to set-up the most suitable experimental tests to validate the mechanical predictions.
